Cardamom Milk Tea (Elaichi wali chay)
Cooking Instructions

Place a saucepan over medium heat, pour milk into the pan.
Add crushed whole cardamom.
When milk comes to a slight boil, add ground tea,
Add sugar Let the milk come to a boil.and boli for 2 minutes. - 2
Now switch off flame and Remove the pan from the heat.
Strain the tea into a mug.
Enjoy with,cakes / biscuits.
