  2. 200 gmsugar Half tsp Cardamom
  3. 2 literMilk 250 gm Khoya

    Peel and grate the carrots, take a pan and add these carrots and cook them, let the water dry

    Now add cooking oil and stir it

    Now add sugar, cardamom powder, milk and continue stirring and simmer it for 4-5 minutes

    Now add khoya and stir it well

  5. 5

    Yummy Gajar ka Halwa is ready to serve
