A simple recipe with boiled and fried eggs made in a thick gravy with homemade masala paste. Best combination with hot Roti/Paratha/Biryani.

Fry the boiled eggs with little turmeric and salt. Cut each egg to two pieces length wise.
In a pan heat rest oil and fry chopped onion, carrot and green chilli till golden brown. Add chopped tomato, rest dry masala, salt, homemade masala paste and 2 tbsp water. Cook on low medium heat for 1 minute.

Arrange the cut 4 pieces of eggs in a serving bowl. Pour the masala gravy over them. Ready to serve.
