Steps

In a pan add 2tbsp of ghee,fry the nuts till light golden brown and keep aside.

Add water in the same pan then salt to enhance the taste of the sweet,food colour to make it look attractive.

Once the water has come to boil we can add the semolina little by little by one hand and in other hand we need to keep on stirring it to avoid any lump formation in the kesari.

At the last stage we can add sugar and some more ghee then garnish it with the nuts.
