  2. 1 cupgrated and squeezed carrot
  3. 1 cupspring onions
  4. 1 cupcabbage
  5. 1 cupcapsicum
  6. 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  7. 1/2 cupcoriander leaves
  8. 1 tbspshezwaan sauce
  9. 3 tspgrated mozrella cheese
  10. 1/2 tsproasted cumin powder
  11. 1 tspcoriander powder
  12. 1/2 tspmango powder
  13. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  14. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. as neededWheat flour dough
  17. as neededDesi ghee
  18. as neededMozrella cheese for garnishing
  19. as neededCoriander leaves for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add all veggies,sauce cheese and spices.mix well

    Stuffed the mixture in rolled dough.heat a tawa.cook from both sides.applybsum ghee.

    Transfer in a plate.cut the upper layer of paratha.and open it as shown in picture.

    Grate some mozrella cheese and garnish with coriander leaves.serve hot..enjoy
