Ingredients

  1. 100wheat flour
  2. 50 gmmoong
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 2green chilli
  5. 1 tablespooncoriander leaves
  6. 4 tablespoonDesi ghee

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook moong for 3 whistle add salt also, meanwhile we will knead wheat flour with salt to make dough.

    When moong become soft drain water from cooker.let it cool then add coriander leaves and green chilli to it.and stuff in chapati and roast then shallow fry with ghee. Moong paratha is ready

  3. 3

    Serve moong paratha with curd.
