Ingredients

  1. 4medium sized boiled potatoes
  2. 1 cupboiled chickpeas
  3. 1medium size chopped tomato
  4. 1 tbspgrated ginger
  5. 1 tbspchopped green chilli
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. 1 tbspchat masala
  8. 1 tbspcumin powder
  9. 1/2 tbspred chilli
  10. 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  11. as requiredOil for frying
  12. some coriander leaves
  13. 1/2 cupGreen chutney
  14. 1/2 cupMithi chutney
  15. 1/2 cupCurd
  16. 1/2 cupgrated radish

Cooking Instructions

    Take a boiled potatoes peel it and mashed it properly, now add grated ginger, green chilli,salt, chat masala, coriander leaves and mix well, now add bread crumbs and mix properly.

    Now make a tikki shape and fry till golden colour and crispy.

    Now take one tawa add 2 tbsp oil,add chopped tomatoes and cook it till soft and then add boiled chickpeas and mix it well and roughly mashed. Then add little salt, chat masala, red chilli, cumin powder, coriander leaves and mix all well.

    Now take 3 tikkis and put it on the chickpeas masala and cut tikkis on the tawa only and cook and mix all the masala with it for 2 minutes.

    Then transfer this tikki masala in a serving bowl, add 1 tbsp green chutney,2 tbsp curd,2 tbsp mithi chutney and sprinkle some cumin powder too, then on the top add little grated radish and some pomegranate seeds. And our yummy hot chole tikki is ready to serve. Enjoy
