Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchana dal *500 gm chicken thigh cubes, boneless
  2. 2 Tbspsalt, or to taste *1 Tbsp red chilli, crushed
  3. 7 piecesdry red chilli, whole
  4. 2 tspcumin seeds *2 tsp coriander, whole
  5. 7 cloves(laung) *10 black pepper, whole
  6. 2small cinnamon sticks *1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain) *6 eggs
  7. 1/2 bunchcoriander leaves, chopped
  8. 1/2 bunchmint leaves, chopped
  9. 6green chillies, chopped *1 Tbsp ginger, chopped
  10. 10 clovesgarlic, chopped
  11. Oil for pan frying

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the chana dal along with the chicken thigh cubes and spices. Let the chicken cook.

    Strain and keep aside to cool.

    Then add 3 eggs, chopped coriander, mint, green chillies, ginger and garlic.

    Mix well and mince.

  5. 5

    Make round shape kebabs of the mixture.

  6. 6

    Coat the kebabs in the remaining eggs slightly, and 🥀pan fry them in oil.

    One can serve this with mint chutney
