    Wash n cut the cow tail to desired shape, boil and pour out the water to reduce the fat.

    Boil again till soft. Trow away the water the second time. Grate the onion pepper and tattashe, wash n blend the fresh ginger and garlic. Add all to the cooked cow tail and cook for 30 more mins.

    Garnish with the curry leaves and serve hot with tea.
