  1. 2 cupseviya
  2. 4 tbsppure ghee
  3. to tastesugar according
  4. 10bleached & chopped almonds
  5. 6 cupwater

    Heat pure ghee in a pan & add seviya.Roast them.

    Now add 6 cup of water & after a boil,cover it with lid & slow down the flame.

    Cook till all water absorbs.Add sugar & mix well.

    Garnish with chopped almonds & serve hot
