  2. 5Tomatoes
  3. 2red chilli powder
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 cuppeas
  6. 1 handfulcoriander leaves
  7. 2 tbspoil

    Firstly Wash the Brinjals and grease with oil

    Roast the Brinjals on heat till they are charred on the outside and cooked on the inside. Let them cool and then peel off the burnt skin.

    Mash the Brinjals with hand grinder or masher

  4. 4

    Then heat the oil and add the tomatoes and cook for some more time till they become soft and add the Brinjals pulp and masalas including salt and mix well together.

    Boil the peas and mix in the mixture of Brinjals.

    Cook for more five minutes cover the pan,and mix well all seasonings. And serve hot ❣yummilious Tasty 😋Brinjal Bharta is ready to serve with Paratha or Chappti.
