    Start off by making the masala sauce. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and add 2 tbsp of tomato paste. Fry for a short while then add a mix of royco and water to turn it into a sauce. Stir until fully mixed into a nice red sauce.

    Add all the spices but no salt. Allow it to simmer til nice and thick. Add a tsp of honey and chillies (optional). Once incorporated, add thin slices of onion. Cook for 2 minutes amd set aside.

    Double fry the chips and salt once done. Add the chips to the sauce together with the coriander.

    Serve with sides of choice. Enjoy 😊
