Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsTofus, diced in 1 inch cube
  2. 1/2 tbspvegetable oil
  3. 2 smallonion, chopped
  4. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  5. 2 smalltomato, chopped
  6. 4 clovegarlic, chopped
  7. 2 piecegreen chillies, chopped
  8. 1/2 tspground corriander seeds
  9. 1/2 tspground cumin
  10. 1/4 tspGaram Masala
  11. 1/4 tspturmeric
  12. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  13. salt
  14. 1/2 cupwater
  15. corriander, to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a deep pan.

  2. 2

    Add cumin seeds, garlic, onions and green chillies. Cook until onion turns brownish.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and stir on medium flame for 2 minutes until tomatoes are cooked.

  4. 4

    Add all the spices and salt and mix well.

  5. 5

    Now add water and mix.

  6. 6

    Add tofus and stir well.. simmer for 5 mins on low flame until gravy is little thick.

  7. 7

    Garnish with corriander leaves and serve.
