預備食材

  1. 麵粉 Flour 1 1/2 cup
  2. 梳打粉 Baking soda 1 tsp
  3. 泡打粉 Baking powder 1 tsp
  4. 鹽 Salt 1/2 tsp
  5. 香蕉 Ripe Banana 3 pcs
  6. 砂糖 Sugar 3/4 cup
  7. 雞蛋 1 pc
  8. 溶化牛油 1/3 Cup (75g)
  9. 脆脆糖Crumb top
  10. 紅糖 Brown Sugar 1/3 Cup
  11. 麵粉 Flour 2 tbsp
  12. 玉桂粉 Ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp
  13. 牛油 Butter 1 tbsp

料理步驟

    預熱焗爐190度。麵粉、泡打粉、梳打粉、鹽放一大碗中,拌勻。 Preheat oven to 190C. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.

    用叉子把香蕉弄碎,留小粒較有口感. Mash 3 -4 ripe bananas using a fork, leaving some bigger pieces.

    香蕉、砂糖、溶化牛油、雞蛋在小碗中略為拌勻,倒入1⃣️,拌勻,不要過度攪拌, 把麵糊倒入會到入小蛋糕烤盤,可做大約11個muffins。In a small bowl, mix bananas, sugar, melted butter, egg. Pour the banana mixture in 1⃣️. Use a spatula to mix it to just combined. Do not over mix. Pour the mixture into muffin cups. Can make about 11 muffins.

    脆脆糖面:麵粉加入冷牛油(從雪櫃取出的牛油), 用义子或手指切成粒狀,加入肉桂及紅糖,拌勻。均勻鋪在面糊上. Crumb topping: Put flour in a small bowl. Cut in butter to resemble coarse cornmeal. Mix together cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle on top of each muffin batter.

    放入預熱焗爐中烤18至20分鐘. Bake in a preheated oven for 18 to 20 mins.
