Ingredients

  1. For paratha dough
  2. 1 kgchakki ka atta(1kg Mein 10 parathay ban jaygnay)
  3. 2 tspsalt
  4. 1/4 cupoil
  5. Warm water as required
  6. For Aloo bhurta
  7. 1 kgpotatoes
  8. 8-10Hari mirchain or to taste
  9. 13-14garlic cloves (lehsan ke jaway)
  10. 1 tspSalt or to taste
  11. Fresh coriander
  12. Oil for frying

    Sb se pehle tawa Lai lain.

    Aik kilo chakki Wala ata Lai lain.is Mein salt,1/4 cup oil daal Kar neem garam Pani se atta goondh lain.or 30 mint ke liye rest dai dain.

    Jab mirchain or lehsan achi trha bhoon jayen to Hari mirchon ki stick hata dain or lehsan ke chilkay b utar dain.ye bohat natam hojayngi ab is Mein namak dalain or sil par ya imam dastay par pees lain.
