Ingredients

  1. 250 LitresMilk
  2. 100 gramssugar
  3. 75 gramsKhoya or Mewa
  4. 1 pinchorange food colouring
  5. 1 cupOrange juice
  6. 2 tablespoonsCornflour
  7. 1 cupChopped Orange, apple and banana

Cooking Instructions

    Mix 2 tablespoons. Cornflower with half cup of milk.

    Boil rest of the milk with sugar.

  3. 3

    After it boils, simmer and add khoya or mawa.

    Add diluted cornflower.

  5. 5

    Put few drops of orange food colour and Orange juice.

    Keep it aside to cool down.

    Line a bowl with some chopped fruits

  8. 8

    Pour the Kheer and again put another layer of fruits

  9. 9

    Chill and serve.

  10. 10

    You can decorate with chopped strawberries too.
