Ingredients

  1. 1 kgkenyeji chicken
  2. Tomatoes
  3. Onions
  4. Oil to fry
  5. Ginger
  6. Garlic
  7. Salt
  8. Dannia

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your chicken well.and let it boil with ginger,garlic and salt

  2. 2

    When soft and tender.add onions and tomatoes

  3. 3

    Let it cook and when heavy you can add your spices eg Graham masala,mixed spices etc.

  4. 4

    Teste for salt and when ready garnish with dhania.

  5. 5

    Serve with either rice,ugali,chapo.Bt for me today am having with home baked bread.
