Ingredients

  1. 1lit milk
  2. 1 tspcoriander powder
  3. 1.5 cupsugar
  4. 1/2 cupdessicated coconut
  5. 2 tbspcrushed almond
  6. 2 tbspcrushed pistachios
  7. 1/4 cupcondensed milk
  8. 1 tbsprooh kehwrha essence
  9. 1/2 cupgrinded rice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First boil the milk.and then cook in low flame.

    When milk becone half add coriander powder in it.

  3. 3

    Now add crushed coconut, almond and pistachios

  4. 4

    Add boiled crushed rice in it and cook in low flame.stir continuously.

    Add sugar in it and stir

  6. 6

    Add condensed milk in it and cook till boiled rice become dissolve in milk.

  7. 7

    Mix rooh kehwrha essence in last and flame off.

  8. 8

    Now dish out. chilled and serve.
