It is also made in our weddings or get to gathers. It's have many varities but this is original recipe from my granny.

Ingredients

6 to 7 servings
  1. 2 kgcarrots
  2. I cup purified butter
  3. 1 kgmilk
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. 1 cupkhoya (or par choice)
  6. 1 tspcardemom seeds
  7. Nuts (as required)

Cooking Instructions

    In a large woke add oil and cardemom seeds, wait for popping cardemom seeds.

    When seeds popping up add carrots and cook for 2 minutes then add milk.

  3. 3

    Cook on medium to low flame by covering the woke but after few minutes mix the carrots well.

  4. 4

    When the liquid evaporates from carrots then cook on medium to high flame till the milk completely reduces and oil shines on the carrots.

  5. 5

    Turn off flame, add khoya and nuts mix with light hands. Let it cool for an hour then put it in serving dish. Serve warm.it's delicious must try.
