Cooking Instructions

In a large woke add oil and cardemom seeds, wait for popping cardemom seeds.

When seeds popping up add carrots and cook for 2 minutes then add milk.

Cook on medium to low flame by covering the woke but after few minutes mix the carrots well.

When the liquid evaporates from carrots then cook on medium to high flame till the milk completely reduces and oil shines on the carrots.

Turn off flame, add khoya and nuts mix with light hands. Let it cool for an hour then put it in serving dish. Serve warm.it's delicious must try.
