    Nido, baking powder, suji, maida, butter aur egg ko mix krain aur end main oil daal kar meat dough bana lain.

    Ab iskay small balls bana lain. Takreebun 20 say 22 ball bun jaen gay.

    Ab inn balls ko deep fry kar lain. Zeada dark colour nae krna, bus light brown colour hona chaheay.

    Sugar aur water ko seedhay painday kay daighchay main daal kar boil aanay dain. Jub sugar melt ho jaey aur pani boil ho rha ho to fry keay huay gulab jamun add kar dain.

    5 say 6 minutes tuk boil aanay dain phir dhukan day kar aag low kar dain. 3 say 4 minutes low flame pay puk jaey to aag bund kar kay 5 minutes tuk dhukan rahnay dain. Gulab jamun ready hain.

yr mujhey btao mainey kahan mistake ki hai same isi quantity se cheezen li hain but wo to boht melty hogaya
