Ingredients

  1. 1 cupdry milk pwdr use nido
  2. 1 tspbaking pwdr
  3. 1 tbsmelted ghee
  4. 1beaten egg
  5. 1 tbspmaida flour
  6. For sugar syrup:
  7. 1 cupsugar
  8. 2 cupswater
  9. 2-3 cardamons

Cooking Instructions

    First take a bowl n put all dry ingre n mix.

  2. 2

    Add ghee n mix with ur finger tips to get a crumby texture.

  3. 3

    Slowly add beaten egg n mix well.its sticky mixture.dont worry put this mixture in a fridge for 5 mins.

    Now heat up oil in a karhai.the temp of oil should b normal hot.that if u put ur finger in oil it not burn.

    Grease ur palms with oil n make a small balls from a dough.balls should b e small not big.make sure r balls r crack free.

    Now put all the balls in a oil 1 by 1.balls r turn by itself.n swim on a top of a oil.

    Use spoon's back side n move oil slowly but not touch gulaab jaman.when gulab jaman become lite brown use ka spoon n slowly move on gulaab jaman in a circle motion.

    In a meanwhile make ur sugar syrup ready.its consisty should b little runny.flame should b off when ur syrup is ready.

    Gulaab jaman increase its size n turn brown.now put them out from the oil n pour in syrup.syrup should b semi normal temp.leave the jamans in syrup for 30 min with cover the lid.taraaaa ur soft yummy jamans r ready to eat.
