Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 300m bhindi/ lady finger
  2. 2-3 tbspnmustard oil
  3. 1/2tspn turmeric powder/ haldi
  4. 1/2tspn amchur powder
  5. 1/2tspn cumin seeds
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1/4tspn red chilli powder
  8. 1n half tspn corriander powder
  9. 1/2tspn garam masala
  10. 1 pinchasefetida
  11. 1-2green chillies chopped
  12. 1 inchgrated ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and nicely dry the bhindi.. Cut them from the middle length wise such a way that it would not divide in two parts..

    In a bowl mix all the dry masala along with ginger and green chillies..

    Fill the mixed masala properly in bhindi..

    Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and than the filled bhindi and cover the pan..

    After 6-7 minutes remove the cover and turn all the bhindi upside down very carefully so the masala won't come out and they can cook from every side.. Cover it again for 6-7 minutes and switch off the flame.. Let it cover for more 3-4 minutes.. our masala bhindi are ready to serve.. Enjoy them with chappatis..
