Banana Bread

Ingredients

  1. 140 gsoftened butter
  2. 140 gflour, sieved
  3. 140 gcaster sugar
  4. 2medium/large eggs, beaten
  5. 1 tspbaking powder
  6. 2very ripe bananas, mashed

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven to 180c.

  2. 2

    Butter a loaf tin and line with greaseproof paper.

  3. 3

    Mix the butter and caster sugar together until creamy. Then add the eggs and mix again.

    Slowly add in the flour, baking powder and mashed banana and mix until a creamy mixture has formed.

    Pour into the loaf tin and bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.

    Cool in tin then remove from the tin and enjoy.

    You can drizzle some icing sugar on top if wanted.
