Cooking Instructions

Heat oven to 180c.

Butter a loaf tin and line with greaseproof paper.

Mix the butter and caster sugar together until creamy. Then add the eggs and mix again.

Slowly add in the flour, baking powder and mashed banana and mix until a creamy mixture has formed.

Pour into the loaf tin and bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.

Cool in tin then remove from the tin and enjoy.

You can drizzle some icing sugar on top if wanted.
