  2. 1/2 tspSalt
  3. 1 tspSugar
  4. 2 tspOil
  5. 250 mlWater
  6. as requiredOil for fry

Cooking Instructions

    Maida, salt, sugar and water knead the dough 15 mints and add oil and knead again. And rest the dough 30 mints.

    Divide the dough as lemon Size balls.

  3. 3

    Take the dough and roll with a rolling pin. Apply oil, sprinkle maida and roll it again and rest 10mints.

  4. 4

    And roll it again, take a tawa and put the parotta cook both sides with oil. The parotta is ready to serve.
