Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmaida
  2. Halfcup wheat flour
  3. Salt
  4. 2 tbsoil
  5. Eggs
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper
  8. Hara dhania
  9. Piyaz

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Knead the two flours adding salt and oil and give 15 min rest

  2. 2

    Whisk egg with salt, pepper,onion and dhania

  3. 3

    Roll the paratha and shallow fry it take it out from the pan

  4. 4

    In the same pan add egg and place paratha over it so egg will stick to paratha

  5. 5

    Cook until egg changes colour
