In a bowl, put all the finely minced dry ingredients(garlic, ginger, onion, coriander)

Seasoned with salt and pepper, lemon squeeze, soy sauce then set aside

For the fish, seasoned the fish with lemon juice, salt and pepper in, get the stuffing and kindly stuff for about half of it inside the fish. then put the remaining outside the fish with fresh cuts coriander leaves, diced tomato and chilis, spread out and drizzle the fish with soy sauce and sesame oil finish with lemon squeeze and parsley.

Now, to seal in all that flavors inside and outside the fish, kindly wrap the fish with aluminum foil and let it sit for about 10 minutes for the fish to absorb all the flavors. then steamed it for about an30-35 minutes.
