Ingredients

1/2 an hour
4 servings
  1. 250 g.Gram flour
  2. 1 cupcabbage roughly chopped
  3. 1large onion sliced
  4. 1capcicum sliced
  5. 1small potato julian
  6. 1 cupspinach
  7. To tastesalt
  8. 2large green chillies
  9. 1 tspchilli flakes
  10. 1 tspcuminseed
  11. 1 tspcoriander crushed
  12. 1/2 tspajwain
  13. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

1/2 an hour
  1. 1

    Heat oil and cut all veggies

  2. 2

    Beat gram flour nicely add veggies and spices

  3. 3

    Mix veggies and make pakoras on high flame if you cook it on low flame it become soaggi

  4. 4

    Fry until crisy when it done dish out it and serve hot with chilli garlic chutney
