Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2large onions thinly sliced
  2. 3/4 cupGram Flour (Besan)
  3. 1 tbsprice flour
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  8. 1/2 tspcumin seeds roughly crushed
  9. 1/2 tspcoriander seeds roughly crushed
  10. 1 tbspfresh coriander leaves chopped
  11. 1green chilli chopped
  12. 1 tbspoil
  13. as neededwater to make the mixture
  14. as neededoil for deer frying

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take chopped onion in a mixing bowl, add all the ingrediants one by one except water and mix well.

  2. 2

    Now add water and make a thick mixture.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a kadai.

  4. 4

    Samp your palms and divide the prepared mixture into large equal portions shaped into balls.

  5. 5

    Deep fry the balls in hot oil till half done.

  6. 6

    Drain the balls on absorbent paper.

  7. 7

    Apply some oil on a plate and flatten half fried pyazis one by one.

  8. 8

    Again deep fry these flattened pyazis in hot oil till crispy and golden.

  9. 9

    Drain on absorbent paper and serve.
