Steps

Take chopped onion in a mixing bowl, add all the ingrediants one by one except water and mix well.

Now add water and make a thick mixture.

Heat oil in a kadai.

Samp your palms and divide the prepared mixture into large equal portions shaped into balls.

Deep fry the balls in hot oil till half done.

Drain the balls on absorbent paper.

Apply some oil on a plate and flatten half fried pyazis one by one.

Again deep fry these flattened pyazis in hot oil till crispy and golden.

Drain on absorbent paper and serve.
