So for the glaze, i did my home made condense milk, in a pot add 1 tin peak milk, quarter cup sugar, half teaspoon vanilla flavor, place on fire, while boiling keep turning until it start foaming, keep when u feel the thickness remove from fire and allow to cool down it will get thicker

Add p/milk and mix

Then glaze ur doughnut, decorate with dessicated coconut as in the picture

They turned out soft springy and delicious.They are a little hard but the shape is exactly the same as the ones in the shop and the process a lot simpler.
