Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1/2sugar
  3. 1/2cooking oil
  4. 2eggs
  5. 2 tspbaking powder
  6. 1 pclemon
  7. Lemon juice
  8. 1 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Mix sugar, cooking oil,lemon rind,lemon juice and mix

  2. 2

    Mix baking flour and baking powder

  3. 3

    Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and continue mix ulternating with milk

  4. 4

    Preheat your sufuria which has salt

  5. 5

    Prepare your baking tin

  6. 6

    Pour the contents then bake,place 3/4 of the hot charcoal on the lid

  7. 7

    Bake for 30-45 minutes, insert toothpick and if it comes out clean,the cake is ready
