Cooking Instructions

First of all, rice grind it and make a smooth paste.

Then add potato, onion, tomato,and all spices.

And mix well, add cornfour and rest it for 10 mins.

Another side, take pan, add oil for cutlets frying.

After10 min make cutlets, according to shape and fry it till golden.

Serve with tomato ketchup.
