An easy to make cake. It is very sweet and and has a spongy texture. Enjoy it with coffee.

I hadn't had this in years, but found the recipe a while back in an old recipe box given to me by my mother for my 10th birthday, loooonnnggg agoooooo. Lol. One of my favorite cakes that I hope you all enjoy.

This recipe was done be me and a group of friends by mistake by acsedentely pouring to much mix into a pan

This is a fig version of a fruit butter cake that came from my British mother-in-law who makes it with prunes.The original prune version tasted so delicious, so I looked for a good fruit substitute in Japan, and found figs to be the perfect fit!Since fresh fruit is used to bake this cake, it is also delicious on the day it is baked.The cake becomes more moist the next day, adding another level of delight. You can use regular all purpose flour cup for cup, just don't put in the xanthum gum. You can also use any kind of milk you like cup for cup.

Pizza cake is one of the best cake I've ever tasted before 😋
