Homemade and purely desi. Nothing much added except Salt. These can be relished as a snack. It can go well with Rice and Sabzi at mealtimes. These can be relished at Chai time too. A perfect accompaniment to a variety of our choices. Here I have not followed any special precautions. The secret to good Potato Chips is the way you fry them. Do not over crowd the Kadai. Secondly keep stirring and changing sides at regular intervals. And thirdly drop the slices one by one and do not drop them all in one go. This is important to remember. No special efforts needed at all. Just slice and fry with simple tips given by me.

Cooking Instructions

Wash and peel Potatoes and then wash them again after peeling before slicing them as thinly as possible. It is important for more crispier Chips. Deep fry in hot oil in batches of 2-3. Spread on a large plate and sprinkle Salt when they are still a littl warm. Toss well. Serve immediately either hot or at room temperature. They taste absolutely delightful. Crispy and crunchy Chips are ready in the comfort of your homes. More hygienic and devoid of preservatives. Eat healthy and stay safe. Enjoy!
