Buttermilk pancakes

My daughters love pancakes. This is so far their favorite. #themechallenge
Cooking Instructions

In medium bowl stir together flours, sugar, salt, baking powwder and baking soda

Beat eggs in small dish, add milk and buttermilk
- 3
Melt margarine in microwave for 20 seconds. Or in non stick pan and stir onto the milk mixture.

Pour wet ingredients all at once into dry ingredients stir together with wire whisk till combined.

Place non stick skillet on medium heat. Add alittle vegetable oil. Pour in a 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake

As soon as bubbles form and begin breaking on the facing surface, check tje underside, it will be golden, flip and cook for another two minutes or until you see wisps of steam rise from the surface.

Keep the skillet greased by adding drops of vegetable oil before pouring batter for each pancake.

Serve warm. Spread with fruit jam and sliced bananas. Enjoy
