Don't make fun but this is my first buttermilk pancakes made by me!! I usually use regular milk to make pancakes but it's all good! I love this so much!

I got this recipe from a youtube channel and it ended up being the best pancakes I've ever tried. Not just over the top sugar like most recipes, but fluffy with a good salt to it to add the savory to the sweet of proper maple syrup and butter.

My wife makes these and they are super fluffy and light. We have them every Independence Day and we color them red, white and blue.

You don't have to go to a local diner to get the best homemade pancakes!! You can make them in your kitchen with this secret recipe of mine. Either make them plain or with whatever mix-in you want (blueberries, chocolate chips, bananas, exc).

The kids are in love with these pancakes. Feel free to add fruit or chocolate chips after pouring the batter.
