Ingredients

  1. 500 gmbhindi
  2. 2medium size onion
  3. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  5. 1 tsp amchur powder
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 4-5 tbspoil
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 2-3red chilli
  10. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  11. 1/2 tspjeera

Cooking Instructions

    First wash all the bhindi..And dry it..And small cut into middle if every bhindi..Cut the onion green chilli..

    Take kadai and heat the oil..Add jeera..And fry for 2 min..Then add onion and fry for 5 min..Then add all the bhindi in it..And fry for 4-5 min...Add the all dry spices in it..And stir fry for 10 min..Don't cover the kadai..

    Ready to serve your masala bhindi...
