Our today's dinner was nihari with roghni naan. Commonly nihari is made with beef but we dont eat beef so i made with chicken. I know it will be less tasty than beef nihari but my family like it. So i am happy with it 😊

Cooking Instructions

In oil make the onion golden brown. Remove them from oil and grind them.

Now put our chicken pieces in oil and cook untill colour changed. Now add salt and yogurt and cook it.

When oil comes from edges then add 6 glass of water. Let it boil. Then low the flame for 30 minutes for cooking with lid.

Now add crushed onion and nihari masala in it and let it boiling.

Now add flour paste in it and cook for 5 minutes then serve with lemon, ginger, brown onion and green chilis.
