Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 kgchicken for marinade:
  2. 1/2 cupPlain yogurt
  3. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  6. as neededLime juice
  7. For gravy:
  8. 4 tbspCooking oil (oil from fried onions)
  9. 1 tbspShah jeera
  10. 4-5Cardamom
  11. 4-5cloves
  12. 2Cinnamon
  13. 2Bay leaf
  14. 1 tbspDhaniya powder
  15. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  16. 1 tbspJeera powder
  17. 1/2 cupCream
  18. as neededFried onion
  19. 4-5Green chilli slit
  20. as neededNut paste (cashew 12 & almond 12)
  21. 1/2 cupWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Deep fry the onion.. and take them out and take chicken add ginger garlic, salt paste,lime juice,turmeric powder and plain yogurt and set them for 30 mints.

    Take all the ingredients.

    Now take a kadhai add oil to them add all khada masala into it and after that add marinated chicken and fry for 10 mints

    After 10 mints now add all dry masala into it and fry it for 5 mints

  5. 5

    Now add nuts paste into it and add half of fried onions..and saute again

  6. 6

    Now add 1/2 cup water and cover it for 10 mints again.

  7. 7

    Now again add rest of fried onions left and slit green chillies and cream to it saute it again for 5-6 minutes

  8. 8

    Now your dish is ready to serve..
