Ingredients

  1. 100 gmchana dal
  2. 10-12Curry leaves
  3. 2 tspCoriander leaves
  4. 1Onion chopped small size
  5. 1-2Hari mirchi(green chilli)
  6. 1Dried (red chilli)Lal mirchi
  7. To tasteSalt
  8. 1/4 tspSoda
  9. 1 tsphaldi(Turmeric) powder
  10. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  11. As neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Soak dal for 4- 5 hours.. grind into a coarse paste..add chopped green chilli,onion,curryleaves, coriander leaves,salt, soda,zeera,haldi, ginger garlic paste

    After adding mix all the ingredients well... make a round patties, not soo thick not so thin

    Heat medium hot oil in a kadhai.. add wada in a oil.. fry for 4- 5 minutes on both sides... remove in a plate.. sprinkel some chat masala.. and serve hot
