Ingredients

30 minutes
6 -8 people
  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 1 sachetinstant yeast
  3. 2 tbspunsalted butter
  4. 2 tbspsugar
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. 2 tbspdry milk powder
  7. 1egg
  8. 1/2 cuplukewarm milk

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    Add all dry ingredients and mix well.

    Add egg and butter and knead with slightly warm milk. Add milk little at a time.

    Make a dough, it should be a soft dough.

  4. 4

    Spread little oil and cover it with cling for atleast an hour.

  5. 5

    After an hour again punch the dough.

    Now the dough is ready.

    If the dough is sticky, apply little flour on counter then roll it or apply little oil on your hands.

    For Donut 🍩

    Divide the dough in small proportions.

    Roll it and cut with donut 🍩 cutter.

    Leave it for 20 more minutes.

    Deep fry in medium hot oil on low flame from both the sides until golden brown.

    Topping ;
    Cooking chocolate easily available in stores. Melt it in double boiler and dip donut 🍩. This is Nutella

    If you don’t have cooking chocolate then make a ganache by using any available chocolate mix with tetra cream and micro just for 30 seconds.

    You have glossy ganache now. You can apply Nutella too.

    Top it with sprinkles of your choice.
