Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchilkevwali moong dal
  2. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  3. 1 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1 tsp chill powder
  5. as requiredOil and salt

Cooking Instructions

    First, we soak moong dal for 3 to4 hours.

    Now drain water and grind in mixer finely, add salt masala.

    Add jeera, ginger garlic paste, heat frypan and spread batter lightly on pan sprinkle oil.

    Cook on both sides and serve with tomato ketchup.
