I made this dish on Instant pot. On Saute mode add oil, onion green chilli.

Then add ginger garlic paste & tomato & fry for a while

Add your fav veggies. I used soya beans & carrot

Add few spices.turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala & pepper powder

Add washed 1:1 ratio moong & oat to the mixture.add 5 cups of water & salt to taste. Cook on high pressure mode for 15 mins.

Top it with cashew pieces, ghee & cilantro. Enjoy!!
