Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 1 tbsyeast
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 11/2 cupmilk
  6. 1/4 cup sugar
  7. 4 tbspmelted butter
  8. 1/8 tspegg yellow

    Mix sugar yeast and warm milk and let proof

    In another bowl crack the eggs into a bowl and whip together with melted butter.(you can use cooking oil instead of butter). Add the egg yellow.

    Sieve the flour and salt then make a well and pour the egg and yeast mixture and knead

  4. 4

    Transfer this onto a floured surface and knead thoroughly

  5. 5

    Shape and bake on a tray for 25mins at 170°c

  6. 6
