Ingredients

  1. 300 gmsplain flour
  2. 1 glasswater
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 2 cupssoyabean oil

    Take 300 gm plain flour,Add 1/2 cup soyabean oil,salt to taste.

    Add 1 glass water and mix it well.Mix nicely using my finger tip until they are combined nicely.

    Add water and knead to make a firm dough. Cover the dough and keep aside for 5 minutes.

    Heat oil for frying in a kadai. Divide the dough into small round shaped balls.

    Apply soyabean oil and roll the dough balls. When the oil is hot, simmer the heat to medium. Slip it in the hot oil and gently press until it fluff up.

    Flip and fry on the other side as well. Remove it on a plate randomly and served with Alu matar as well.
