  1. 1and 1/2 cup All purpose flour/Maida
  2. 1 cupMilk
  3. 1 cupSugar powder
  4. 1 tbspButter
  5. 1Ripe Mango
  6. 1/2 tspBaking powder

    Blend ripe mango pieces and 1/2 cup sugar powder together.

    In a big mixing bowl take maida and add baking powder and remaining 1/2 cup sugar powder.

    Add blended mango purée, 1 tsp butter and milk.

  4. 4

    Mix well and make a lump free frothy batter.

  5. 5

    Heat butter in pancake pan and pour batter with ladle.

  6. 6

    When one side done pour some more butter and flip it to cook from another side.

  7. 7

    Enjo with fresh ripe mango chunks.
