Ingredients

  1. 1 cupAll purpose flour
  2. 1 cupMilk
  3. 1/2 cupMango puree
  4. 1/2 cupMango chunks
  5. 1 tspBaking powder
  6. 2 tbspSugar
  7. 1/2 tspCinnamon powder
  8. 2 tbspClarified butter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add all purpose flour and mango puree and mix well.

  2. 2

    Now add sugar,milk and baking powder and whisk well.

  3. 3

    The batter will be thick.

  4. 4

    Heat clarified butter in a pan.

  5. 5

    Add one spoon batter and don`t spread it

  6. 6

    Drizzle one tsp clarified butter and cover it.

  7. 7

    Flip it and cook on the other side.

  8. 8

    Serve with mango chunks and maple syrup.
