Ingredients

40 to 45 minute
5 to 6 servings
  1. 2 1/2 cupsrice (soaked)
  2. 1 cupsabut masoor boiled
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 2onions sliced
  5. 2raw tomatoes
  6. Half cup yogurt
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1tezpat
  9. 2-3Black cardamoms
  10. 1 tspcumin seeds
  11. 2-3star anis
  12. 4cloves
  13. 4-5black pepper
  14. 1/4 tspgaram Masala powder
  15. Half cup oil
  16. 2-3potatoes
  17. 4-6or to taste green chillies (paste)
  18. 2 tbspghee

Cooking Instructions

40 to 45 minute
  1. 1

    Pateelay mea oil garam krien.

    Zeera or sabut garam Masala Dal kar fry krien.

  3. 3

    Onion add kar ke fry krien.

  4. 4

    Jab onion golden brown hojay potatoes add krien.

  5. 5

    Potatoes ko 3 to 4 Minutes fry krien.

  6. 6

    Ginger garlic paste add kar ke fry krien.

  7. 7

    Ab tomatoes, yogurt, salt or green chilli paste add krien.

    Cover kar medium low flame krdien.

    Jab tomatoes soft hojaien tb achi tarah bhoonien.

    Ab boiled sabut masoor or rice add krien.

  11. 11

    Salt, garam Masala Powder, 2 tbsp ghee add krien

  12. 12

    Water add krien ke rice cook hojaien.

  13. 13

    Cover kar ke dum par rakhdein.

    Enjoy yummy masoor pulao
