Ingredients

  1. 1deep dish pie shell
  2. 1/2 cupMonterey jack or Swiss shredded cheese
  3. 1 cupchedder cheese shredded
  4. 1/4 cupsliced green onions
  5. 1 1/2 cupsdiced ham
  6. 1/2 teaspoondry mustard
  7. 3large eggs beaten
  8. 2 Tablespoonsjared pimentos
  9. 2 Tablespoonsmelted butter
  10. 3/4 cuphalf and half
  11. 1 Tablespoonflour
  12. 1/4 teaspooncorse sea salt
  13. 1/2 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
  14. 1/4 teaspoongarlic powder

Cooking Instructions

    Pre heat oven to 375 degrees

    On a baking sheet place pie shell on it. Mix everything up well and pour into pie shell

    Bake on the lower oven rack for 40 to 45 minutes, or until set and a knife comes out clean

  4. 4

    Let quiche rest for about 10 minutes before cutting into then enjoy.
