As I am easing my diet into Keto diet, eating might be a great juggling experience and experiments. But one thing never fail to appease my palate🤤. Suppe aka soup. Here it goes my western asian soup.

Bahan-bahan

3 Bowls
  1. 1big carrot, washed and cut as You like
  2. 1/2leek, washed and cut
  3. 1sausage, sliced
  4. 1egg
  5. 1/2 kgbone for soup
  6. 7-8 glasseswater
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 2 tbspTomaten Püree
  9. 1 tspchilli flakes
  10. 1/2 tspchicken broth powder
  11. 1/4 tsppepper
  12. 1square tofu, cut into dice
  13. 1big Tomate, washed and sliced thinly
  14. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  15. 1shallot sliced
  16. 1 cupfrozen veggies
  17. 1bit of oil for saute

Cara Membuat

  1. 1

    Heat up the topf with the oil in medium heat. And then add tomate, shallot, sausage until the aroma is arising🤤

  2. 2

    Add the water, bones, herbs, Püree and tofu. Cook until it is boiling.

  3. 3

    Once it is cooking for 20 minutes, reduce the heat and add all the veggies and the battering egg. Wait for the second boiling before turning off the stove. Enjoy the soup with relish😍.
