  4. Assorted meat
  5. Palm oil
  6. Bonnet pepper
  7. Onion

Cooking Instructions

    Fry grated onion and bonnet pepper with Palm oil,set aside

  2. 2

    Boil and season the meat,add both the meat and the stock to the fried onions and bonnets add more water(if required), adjust the seasoning and add in your washed vegetables,cover and allow to cook.
